Daily meditation may alter course of Alzheimer’s

Researchers studied two groups of older adults; one who practiced yoga meditation for 12 minutes for 12 weeks and one who listened to music for 12 minutes per day. Blood samples showed that the group who practiced yoga mediation experienced changes in levels of certain markers with associations to Alzheimer’s and cell aging.
